Over the years, the great state of California has produced countless talented wrestlers. Many have gone on to capture CIF State championships, and a select few have even earned multiple titles. But there are also outstanding competitors who, despite their remarkable talent and accomplishments, never had the opportunity to stand atop the podium in late February and early March.
